DEPUIS 1924 INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to make changes to our Payment, Shipping and Return policy or practices. By visiting the Website, you are acknowledging and accepting this Payment, Shipping and Return Policy. Your continued use of the Website after changes have been posted to the Payment, Shipping and Return policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you prefer not to accept any of these Payment, Shipping and Return Policy, please exit the Site immediately. Your continued access to our Site implies that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Payment, Shipping and Return Policy.
We accept Visa, Master, American Express and Diners as payment methods. We may request to send ID and/or copy of credit card or other information for large/international orders, or as we determine it’s necessary to do so. We may also arrange bank wire transfer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request. Some items may require specific payment method.
We currently charge sales tax to NY state residents only. Items purchased during appointments in NYC will be taxed.
Purchasing our items for resale purpose without our written consent is strictly prohibited. Depuis 1924 International has the right to cancel any orders without any prior notification.
We ship domestically and internationally. We normally use Fedex ground or home delivery with signature confirmation for Domestic shipping and USPS Priority Mail Express for international, however we reserve the right to change the shipping method.
We ship from New York city and domestic ground shipping is $15, International shipping is $40, expedited shipping is not available for international orders at this time. We normally ship orders within 3-4 business days, however it may delay depending on the product availability, or payment status and we will not garantee to deliver goods within any time frame.
International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and fees charged by oneâ€™s country, Depuis 1924 International will not refund or credit such expenses.
Items in original condition can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Return shipping/Restocking fee may apply. Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained within 2 days from the delivery of the item by emailing email@example.com. The item must be shipped within 5 business days after merchandise was delivered. Depuis 1924 International highly recommend shipping the item with tracking number and insurance as Depuis 1924 International is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while the item is being returned. Merchandise must be received in the original condition and cannot be used or damaged. Upon receipt of returned goods, Depuis 1924 International reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
The shipping charge is not refurndable or cannot be credited.
