PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We accept Visa, Master, American Express and Paypal as payment methods. For Paypal payments, we ship to Paypal registered address only. We may request to send ID and/or copy of credit card for large/international orders, or as we determine itâ€™s necessary to do so. We can also arrange bank wire transfer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request.
We currently charge sales tax to NY state residents.Â Items purchased during appointments in NYC will be taxed.
Purchasing our items for resale purpose without our written consent is strictly prohibited. Depuis 1924 International has the right to cancel any orders without any prior notification.
We ship domestically and internationally. We use USPS or Fedex for Domestic shipping and USPS express mail for international.
We ship from New York city and domestic ground shipping is $15, International shipping is $40, expedited shipping is not available for international orders at this time.
International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and fees charged by oneâ€™s country, Depuis 1924 International will not refund or credit such expenses.
Items in original condition can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained within 2 days from the delivery of the item by emailing email@example.com. The item must be shipped within 5 business days after merchandise was delivered.Â Depuis 1924 International highly recommend shipping the item with tracking number and insurance as Depuis 1924 International is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while the item is being returned.Â Merchandise must be received in the original condition and cannot be used or damaged. Upon receipt of returned goods, Depuis 1924 International reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
The shipping charge is not refurndable or cannot be credited.
